Meet the Founder

    I believe...

We are all created equally with diverse talents and capabilities waiting to be unleashed.

    I am…

Dominique Hollins, a business leader and social justice advocate on a journey towards global prosperity through human connection and collaboration.

    Leading through adversity

Entering the tech workforce amidst the 2008 financial crisis as a recent college graduate was a defining moment of resilience in my life. In 2020, amidst another economic downturn, I embarked on a new journey as the Founder and CEO of WĒ360, guiding the tech workforce through adversity as a testament to my belief in embracing challenges rather than shying away from them.

Over the past two decades, my commitment to social justice has been unwavering, spanning both academia and corporate America. Navigating the complexities of the tech ecosystem, I've encountered success, discrimination, and battled imposter syndrome, yet found solace in knowing I was not alone in these struggles.

As a Black bisexual woman, I recognized the silent suffering of many peers, colleagues, and friends, motivating me to catalyze change. Thus, WĒ360 was born, driven by the vision to reshape workplace culture for the diverse tapestry of modern society. Through immersive learning experiences rooted in community-building, I merge tech industry best practices with principles of psychology, wellness, entertainment, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to pave the way for a more inclusive future.

The time is always right to do what is right

In the wake of George Floyd's tragic murder, corporate pledges for racial justice and social equity have faltered amid political opposition. Billions of dollars in commitments have been reneged upon, leaving women and marginalized communities questioning the future amidst such resistance. Now more than ever, it is imperative to challenge exclusive practices hindering fair advancement in the workplace.

As a dedicated catalyst for change, I lead with authenticity, courageously confronting power imbalances and uplifting those marginalized by them. Embracing the timeless wisdom of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., I firmly believe that the moment to champion what is right is always upon us — and that moment is now.

Get in touch today to build a more equitable corporate America, together.

    Stronger Together,

    Dominique Hollins
